Le prime reazioni sui social a Bad Boys: Ride or Die lo descrivono come “fenomenale” e “molto divertente”

Bad Boys: Ride or Die, il quarto film della serie d’azione della Sony con Will Smith e Martin Lawrence, ha avuto le prime proiezioni pubbliche mercoledì 15 maggio. Il film uscirà nelle sale il 7 giugno ma, nel frattempo, le prime reazioni sono già arrivate sui social media.

Durante una proiezione per i fan all’AMC The Grove 14 di Los Angeles, Smith e Lawrence hanno fatto un’apparizione a sorpresa. Ci sono state proiezioni anche ad Atlanta, Chicago, Houston, Miami, New York, Philadelphia e Washington DC.

La trama di Bad Boys 4 è imperniata sulla corruzione all’interno della polizia di Miami: il capitano Conrad Howard (Joe Pantoliano) è accusato di aver lavorato per anni con i cartelli della droga. I detective Mike Lowrey (Smith) e Marcus Burnett (Lawrence) mettono insieme una squadra per ripulire il nome di Howard, ma nel frattempo diventano fuorilegge.

Oltre a Smith e Lawrence, il cast comprende Vanessa Hudgens, Alexander Ludwig, Paola Núñez, Eric Dane e l’attore gallese Ioan Gruffudd. Tornano anche gli habitué del franchise Joe Pantoliano nel ruolo del Capitano Conrad Howard e John Salley nel ruolo di Fletcher.

Bad Boys 4 è diretto dai registi di Bad Boys for Life Adil El Arbi e Bilall Fallah, il duo belga che, come noto, ha fatto accantonare dalla Warner Bros. Discovery il film di 90 milioni di dollari Batgirl, nel 2022.

#BadBoysRideOrDie is a total blast.

Will Smith and Martin Lawrence are still great at busting each others’ balls, the new mystery is compelling (Eric Dane is a great baddie) and Adil & Bilall’s action sequences are loaded with inventive staging and camerawork.
